Week two of Strictly Come Dancing - the Ball gets kicked and the market moves

With the first week of voting and the return of the dance-off, Johnny Ball was eliminated. I was relieved because I wouldn't want to watch him attempt anything Latin.
The market is still led by
Louis Smith: I still see no connection with Flavia. This is worrying but all the 5/2 is gone now. 2/1 is the best available. As low as 15/8 and 7/4 in places.

Denise van Outen: Jived her way to second favourite and earned Craig's first FAB-U-LOUS acclamation. However there seems to be mounting protests about her professional training and experience.
Best price now 7/2 with Sporting Bet and others

Kimberley Walsh: A moody foxtrot kept her in touch with the leaders.
4/1 is the best available with Paddy Power and some others.

Lisa Riley: Endearing herself to the judges and public BUT NOT ME!
Best price today 12/1 with Sky Bet.

Victoria Pendleton: Better than last week but she isn't making a very good job of endearing herself to the public. Always has that moist eyed look as if about to burst into tears.
Best price now 16/1 with Sporting Bet.

Sid Owen: My dark horse let me down a bit this week with his salsa and you can still get 16/1 about him with Ladbrokes.

Dani Harmer: Dropped out with the rags this week with a "splatty" salsa that showed more than enough of her tramp stamps for my taste. Slipped to a 22/1 best price with Bet 365.

Colin Salmon: BP now 33/1 with Ladbrokes and others.

Nicky Byrne: BP now 40/1 with Ladbrokes.

Fern Britton: BP now 100/1 generally.

Michael Vaughan: BP now 100/1 with Sky Bet and others.

Jerry Hall: BP now 125/1 generally.

Richard Arnold: BP now 150/1 with Stan James.
