What was Wiggo wearing when he was knocked off his bike?

This is a pic of Bradley Wiggins leaving hospital and it seems likely that he was wearing the same hoodie.

It is an item of apparel that severely inhibits the peripheral vision, not to mention the hearing, of the wearer.

That being so I trust that any police questioning of the lady driver of the van with which he collided will take that into account.

Likewise I trust that their investigation will be no different than would have resulted had the collision been with any other cyclist.

I don't hold out much hope in this regard since the first question asked by the first officer to arrive on scene was:

'Do you know who you have hit?'

Thereby showing as little regard for the lady's wellbeing as he did for the English language.
