#itt #scd Unless the public voting is dropped, this will probably be the last series of Strictly that I watch

Susanna Reid currently occupies the favouries slot in the betting market at a best price of 7/4 while Patrick Robinson languishes at bottom position at an idiotic 40/1. Patrick's dancing ability is not only one of the best in this series but almost every performance has been jam packed with passion and storytelling. Susanna, on the other hand, galumphs around flashing her dumpy knees, like the mother of three that she is. It is purely the imbecile members of the public who relish journeys and soppy backstories more than dancing skills that are keeping her in first place.

In terms of the judges scores Patrick got a total of 41 last weekend whereas Susanna only managed 33 and was, in fact, the first to be knocked out of the swingathon.

And don't let me get started on Natalie Gumede who tells a better story with one flicker of her sultry eyes than Susanna can with her entire body. And would give a better performance than Susanna even standing still for a minute and a half.

No, my mind's made up - if the voting isn't killed then I'm out. It's just stupid to persist watching something that annoys me so much.
Of course there are other factors too.
1) The presenting is far too girly especially when Brucie is absent.
2) Zoe Ball particularly irritates me with her limited ability with the English language, her face pulling and her constant hand flapping.
3) Not watching would facilitate the deletion of certain pro dancers that I currently follow on Twitter and overuse the word 'amazing' in their tweets - much as Zoe Ball does in her speech.
I'm sure that my blood pressure would be better without the peaks between 6.30 and 7.00 pm and early Saturday evenings.
