If a justice system does not reflect the wishes of the people then it becomes redundant

Abu Qatada
And an individual judge who blatantly disregards the safety of the population at large in favour of some misguided naive personal views on "yuman rights" is in forfeit of his rights to continue to park his bottom on the bench.

Of course, it takes an act of parliament to dispose of a troublesome judge but one should be enacted without delay against Mr Justice Mitting who today allowed the evil Abu Qatada out of prison. Theresa May who is herself not without fault in this regard should get off her fat arse and get on with it.

I would really like to ask Mr Justice Mitting how he would feel if one of his relatives were to perish in a terrorist explosion. What price his "yuman rights" beliefs then?
