Well it is certainly making the feelings of the public known in no uncertain terms.
However my own mind would be a little easier if I thought that the outcry would have been the same even without the sad death of Jacintha.
But I'm afraid it would not. Even though it is obvious that hoax phone calls like that are intrinsically stupid and irresponsible - not to mention utterly pointless.
Why, if it is illegal to make hoax bomb threats, is it not also illegal to try to obtain confidential information by the same means?
